The villa sleeps 8-10 people and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2-bathrooms (1 en-suite), 2 sitting rooms, one leading directly to pool, the other combines with a formal dining room. Carpeted throughout Fully equipped kitchen with everything required including modern appliances. Utility room with washer and dryer. Baby equipment such as cot, high chair & stroller available in house. All linens are provided for your vacation and all we ask you to bring are beach towels. There are hairdryers for your use and we ask you not to remove these from the house. This is the ideal family holiday villa in Florida.

Lounges
This is one of two lounges in the villa and is light and airy, tastfully furnished and is combined with a formal dining area. This is the perfect place to relax.
This is the second lounge in the villa and and again is light and airy, tastfully furnished. There is a large screen cable TV, ceiling fan, DVD player and there is access to the pool deck from this room.
The large screen cable TV comes with a huge amount of channels to choose from.
The lounge is open plan and also leads off to the kitchen and another informal dining area. Ideal for quick snacks or breakfast.
