Cleaning is included on stays of 6 nights or more, add £50 for stays of less than 6 nights.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking along with with a completed booking form.

prior to sending any payments with the booking form or have already been informed
by us that we do have your dates available.
In addition to the rental charge a fully refundable security deposit of £200 (UKP) or US$400 is
payable when the final balance is due. This will be refunded within 4 weeks of your departure.
