What booking fees are involved?
A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 GB Stirling is required to secure booking.
Do you charge a Security Deposit?
Yes; although the majority of guests use our homes as though they were their own, unfortunately some do not take as much care as they should. We charge a refundable deposit of £200 at time of booking, if the house is left as it was found then the full amount is refunded to you; usually within two weeks of departure.
Does the house have telephone service?
Yes; our home offers FREE Unlimited Long Distance and FREE International calls to over 50 countries world wide. We also have internet access available. (own laptop required)
What is your cancellation policy?

How do I make a reservation?
Does the house have a laundry?
Yes, the villa has its own Washer, Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron; complimentary washer tabs are supplied but you would need to bring extra or buy locally.
Does the pool need to be heated?
If you wish to swim, you should be aware that this an outdoor pool and therefore subject to the elements. In our experience almost all guests would want the pool heated during the months of November through to March. October and April can be marginal but generally need to be heated also but the rest of the year the pools would not need heating.
